The Man on the Street was a part of the Towards Zero campaign setting an annual target of zero road deaths for Victorians. We asked Francisco Cerros to consider what would be an acceptable road toll and unbeknownst to him we presented his closest family and friends on cue when he answered 70. The project was rolled out nationwide.
